Training
Ed’s is growing strongly from a small base and to be successful we must develop and train our stars of the future. Teamwork in a busy Ed’s is vital, and everyone is important whatever their role. For most positions previous experience is not essential — we’ll provide all the necessary support and training. And the future is bright: many of our managers started as kitchen or waiting staff and have progressed to run their own Diners.
